我們採用合理的保安措施保護閣下的資料。個人資料只會在達致所述用途或法律要求的必要期間內保存（醫療相關紀錄一般為 6–7 年）。

 

5. Your Rights / 閣下權利

Under the PDPO, you have the right to:  

- Access and correct your personal data  

- Withdraw consent for direct marketing  

- Request cessation of use of your data for marketing purposes  

 

根據《私隱條例》，閣下有權：

- 撤回直接促銷同意  

- 要求停止使用資料作促銷用途

You have the rights to request in writing to us to:

(a) check whether the Company holds personal data relating to you and to access such personal data;

(b) require the Company to correct any personal data relating to you which is inaccurate;

(d) request the Company to delete your personal data from the data base;

(e) change your preference in respect of our use of your personal data; and

(f) withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
